Poppy and her family are fabulous and made us feel incredibly welcome - small touches like a glass of 'welcome' wine are very special and show that they are very considerate of their guests. The breakfast is delicious and very reasonably priced, the pool is lovely and the hotel location is great - it's outside the city but right by a bus station heading into the city and also to the beach. We never had a problem getting a taxi if we couldn't be bothered waiting for the bus (Poppy was gracious enough to call one whenever we required it). I really enjoyed my time at Villa Manos.
The rooms could do with a little sprucing up; ours didn't have much space around the beds, but this in no way detracted from our great stay.

Poppy (the owner) and her husband are wonderful persons! They are so warm and caring and all the staff are very service minded! Spacious clean rooms and nice swimming pool. Short distance to Fira where you find nice restaurants, lots of shops and fantastic view. We stayed there 3 times during our vacation, and they were wo happy when we came back. You will definately get a warm welcome if you choose this hotel.

The staff's genuine hospitality. Clean facilities and a lovely pool environment contributed to my relaxation, although transport costs can add up. I highly recommend this charming place for anyone exploring Santorini.

They helped with transportation and took care of my luggage without a fuss. I enjoyed the quiet retreat after exploring the busy parts of the island. The coffee served by the pool was strong and made mornings enjoyable. I appreciate genuine hospitality.
The location is a bit far from town, and reaching nearby attractions requires a vehicle.

Villa Manos was fantastic!!! The owners a husband and wife are friendly and amazing hosts showing wonderful greek hospitality. They helped us book excursions on a budget, book mopeds to sight see, and also helped up map out how to beach hop. Since we came at the end of tourist season, they even upgraded our room to the suite free of charge, we didn't even ask. We stumbled on Villa Manos on accident, but we liked the comfort and homey feel that we booked an extra night. The hotel is clean with a nice view of the ocean and the owners are welcoming. In my opinion, Villa Manos gives you more than what you are paying for. Definitely would recommend the hotel to friends and would stay there again!!!
One downfall is: we visited Greece when they were having taxi strikes so we had to walk about fifteen/twenty minutes to downtown (not a hard walk). Villa Manos is close to the city center, but it is not quite in the center so it is more peaceful.

Every day you come back not just to your hotel, you come back to your family. Staff is extremely friendly. On my arrival they proposed me two rooms to choose. Of course i chose the one with the balcony and the sea view. Free transfer and welcome dinner were cool.

The room was super clean and had a charming little balcony. The pool area seemed like a vacation paradise, with a great bar nearby. Maria stood out. She. The transportation service offered by the hotel made getting around very convenient. The restaurant menu felt pricey compared to local dining options, and a complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch, especially since the local water isn't drinkable. Some areas could use a bit more attention regarding cleanliness, especially along the poolside. Despite a few improvements needed, the family-run atmosphere and warm hospitality made it nice.
